Responsible for all facets of Human Resources, including recruiting, benefit administration, employee relations and workers comp. Orientate new employees to the facility. Process payroll in an efficient and confidential manner. Maintain up-to-date personnel files. Assist the Administrator in the day-to-day operations of the facility. Master the facilities policies and procedures and assist in maintaining compliance throughout each department. Represent the facility through community outreach. Tour prospective patients through the facility, and orientate new patients to the facility by acting as an ambassador. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills and experience in long-term care, with the ability to work in a fast-pace environment. BA/BS required.
Full-time and part-time CNAs for all shifts. Work with RNs, assist with monitoring vital signs and patient transport. Previous experience helpful. CNA certification required.
Assist in preparing and serving resident meals in a fine dining environment. Perform various dietary tasks as appropriate, including cleaning up after meal services and dietary prep work.
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility. Ensure areas are free from safety hazards. Also manage the facility and residents linen and laundry needs. Ensure that every resident enjoys clean and well-maintained laundry and that the facility has a fresh supply of linen and laundry items available at all times. Provide nursing care to residents and patients and supervise CNAs in their daily activities. Must be licensed in Illinois or eligible to take the licensure exam. Experience preferred. CPR required.
